Duration
From check-in to dressing and hairstyling until departure, the estimated time required is approximately 30–60 minutes. The duration may vary depending on the time spent choosing a kimono and congestion levels.

Reservation Period
Reservations can be made through the website up to 10 minutes before your desired time. For same-day reservations, waiting time may occur. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Notes
※ If your hair has strong styling marks from wax, curling irons, or similar products, it may not be possible to achieve your requested hairstyle.
※ We sincerely regret that we do not provide dressing services for pregnant customers.
※ As bangs are often a matter of personal preference, we kindly ask that you arrange them before arriving for a smoother process.
※ The fee includes hairstyling service.
※ Suitcases and other luggage can be stored free of charge.

Return Time
Regardless of your reservation time, items must be returned by 5:00 PM.
After 5:00 PM, an extension fee of JPY 3,000 will be charged for every 30 minutes.
